The industrial visit on 13 June, 2023 involved 20 students and 3 lecturers from the Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering Technology (Pharmaceutical) program, Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology, UMP.

This program started with the safety briefing and introduction of the company. Next, the students have an opportunity to visit the factory and observe the manufacturing, QC and warehouse for solid dosage form, liquid and semi solid preparation products in a cleanroom environment.

During the visit, the students get acquainted with various types of equipment, instruments, machines and processes. This enabled the students to correlate their theoretical knowledge with practical pharmaceutical manufacturing applications. This industrial visit is important to expose the students to real insight into the manufacturing environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
