A huge congratulations to all our final-year students who showcased their outstanding research and innovation during the Final Year Project Poster Presentation. This event highlights the outcome of two semesters of the students’ research work.

 

A total of 213 students, 85 lecturers, and 12 industrial panelists participated in the event, with students from four FTKKP undergraduate programmes: Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering Technology (Pharmaceutical), and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology (Petroleum). The students showcased their innovative ideas and findings, captivating the audience with their exceptional research.

 

The evaluation process was thorough and rigorous, involving both academic panels and distinguished industrial experts from leading organizations, including Petronas Chemical MTBE Sdn Bhd, BASF Petronas Chemicals Sdn Bhd, I-Chem Solution Sdn Bhd, CJ Bio Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Petro Sep Engineering Sdn Bhd, TNB Research Sdn Bhd, Polygon Synergy Ventures Sdn Bhd, Geomechanic Resources, Glenmark Pharmaceutical (M) Sdn Bhd, and Jardin Pharma Berhad. The involvement of these industry experts provided invaluable feedback and perspectives, ensuring a comprehensive and high-standard assessment for our students.

 

We are incredibly proud of the dedication, creativity, and excellence demonstrated by our students. Their achievements reflect the high-quality education and hands-on training provided by UMPSA, preparing them to thrive in their future careers.

 

The event was also joined by representatives from FTKKP’s Master’s Programmes, who provided students with valuable insights into further academic opportunities available at UMPSA.
